A rapid assembly, thermally efficient, permanent building chassis delivered as numbered components to your site in a container .....or pre-finished in the factory and delivered as modules.

Low cost housing or emegency shelter in the Asian region could be delivered to site by truck or pick-up and assembled by families and neighbors under supervision by trained Tecta staff. This could cut the cost of construcion to 50% or less compared with contractor built homes.

Shelter is a basic human need but the complexity and regulation of modern construction methods have driven the cost of housing so high that many can not afford it.

Self-help & community construction (barn raising) has been the norm for most of human history and we believe that DIY housing will return to favor as technology simplifies the process of building safe affordable structures.
